Refund Policy
At Glowvive ProCare, your satisfaction means everything to us. We put a lot of care into making sure our products meet high-quality standards, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for a Refund
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You never received your order
To qualify, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photo or order number).
📦 Returns
We don’t accept product returns due to the nature of our hygiene products. However, if there’s an issue, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
💳 Refund Process
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you once the refund has been issued.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds if:
• The item has been used or tampered with
• It’s past 24 hours after delivery
• The customer simply changed their mind
